OUR ROLE
We were engaged as a technology partner to assist the Department in performing current state analysis, solution architecture and implementation of the Identity and Access management solution.
CHALLENGE
The absence of an Identity and Access Management solution in the Department significantly increased the workload, security risks, audit findings, and maintenance cost of the staff management processes. The Department required an investigation into the provision of an enterprise solution that improves the end-to-end staff management processes for the Department.
OUR APPROACH
In our engagement, YNOT worked closely with key stakeholders from the Department to understand the current challenges, developed options & recommendations, draft an implementation plan and designed the system & solution architecture, implemented the solution, and continued to manage the entire IAM solution.
OUTCOME/BENIFITS
Fully integrated, audit-proof, cost-effective, easy-to-use, and secure enterprise solution for Identity and Access Management, including onboarding and offboarding staff for the whole Department, were implemented.
