Supply Chain Management
OUR ROLE
We were engaged in leading and delivering a multi-year digital transformation program to modernise the organisation's critical systems, including real-time systems.
CHALLENGE
The organisation's critical IT systems were outdated, and the system functions did not fulfil business needs. Due to legacy systems within the organisation, regular outages were impacting health facilities and hospitals.
OUR APPROACH
YNOT developed a series of key business architecture views to document the user/business needs and priorities of IT systems. To do this, we followed user centric design methodology. Multiple user research workshops were conducted across Australian health facilities to capture user needs. Based on the gathered requirements, we developed systems/solution architecture artefacts, designed scalable solutions and implemented future proof ecosystem (multiple IT systems).
OUTCOME/BENEFITS
We delivered the agreed transformation program within the agreed timeframe and budget. Multiple national/international systems, including BloodSTAR, BloodNET, the Australian Bleeding Disorder Registry and the Canadian Bleeding Disorder Registry, were implemented.
